The Apriorian Mission is to achieve spiritual perfection as spiritually mature persons able to eliminate all social problems.
Apriorian makes a triple claim.
We claim spiritual maturity solves every problem in a process that leads to personal and community perfection.
Every solution employed is consistent with scripture, and
Every solution is logically coherent and can be empirically validated using quantifiable verification.
What is a solution and what is a problem? These are important questions. The answers tell us what has merit. If we do not know what a solution is, how do identify a problem?
Apriorian Metaphysics believe a solution is something we can have faith in. If no one believes in it or has faith in it, it is not a true solution. It is what we believe in that gives us our reality.
For every solution there is a confirmation and a reassurance of faith. Solutions reduce fear because a solution reduces uncertainty, strengthening faith. The desire of a logical person is always to invest more in what produces faith. We feed what has value to us. Value is another form of faith.
Investment adds equity or value, to assets. Investing is an activity driven by faith.
Consumption linked to maintenance of what we value, is a form of investing. We must invest in the upkeep of what we value. But at some point, maintaining what we have lost faith in, is not a wise use of resources.
Apriorian Meritocrats consider investing to be an exercise in faith. Secularists favor immediate gratification over deferred pleasure. They have little or no faith in the future.
• Meritocrats prioritize investment over consumption and faith over fear.
• Meritocrat communities make investments universally available.
• Meritocrats invest in communities of faith to build up places of faith as a work of faith.
Consumerism is a social problem because it focuses spending on immediate gratification with low or zero rates of investment. Subsistence cultures are consumer cultures, because the focus is on immediate gratification. Investment, as much as exists, is in the good will of the tribe.
The expectation is that if the tribe member distributes a surplus to the tribe; the tribe will distribute any surplus back to him, in times of need. However, in times of universal shortages the lack of preparedness for an uncertain future has serious consequences.
Consumption is not the same as consumerism. Consumerism is consumption that replaces investing.
The fact that this world offers a choice between consumerism and property accumulation does not make either response the correct one. The Bible tells us that accumulating property is not the right response to the problem of risk. But riotous living, as portrayed by the prodigal son, is not a wise path to follow, either.
Meritocrats prioritize investment over consumption. Consumption is considered a form of investing when it leads to property improvements. We do not accumulate property so much as add value to it. We do not need ten houses we need one ideal home.
Meritocrats policy puts more power into the hands of the property improver and less in those who only seek to accumulate more of the same thing. A Meritocracy will:
• Reduce taxes on property improvements.
• Increase the rate on passive income.
• Increase the capital gains tax.
• Eliminate income tax.
• Fund the establishment of Sovereign Tax Shelters.
Consumerism is the consumption of present output. Debt is consumption without payment. It is a symptom of freeloading. The debtor is a free rider.
The rise in debt reflects the increase in consumerism. The Timocrat Party not only pledges to eliminate debt but the basis on which it is created.

2. Create a new, equity-based currency that cannot be inflated or exploited.
3. Return all asset-based currencies to issuer, removing debt.

Freeloading is the premiant evil. Satan created freeloading not God, this puts outside of Gods Kingdom.
We do not own what we did not create. No one can justify taking what others created without eliminating their rights. This is why one will never hear anyone claim no one has a right to their personal possessions. If they did they would even endanger their right to life.
Apriorian Meritocrat protects creator rights. We have a right to what we create but we have no claim to anything created by others. This goes for the natural world as well as the things created by human beings. This is why Jesus told the rich young man to sell all he had and give the proceeds to the poor. He had no right to these assets and to possess them meant he had no faith in his fellow Christians. He may have been going through the motions, but his heart was far from God.
The rich man cannot get to heaven because his possessions are a measure of his lack of faith.
It is important to understand freeloading has been with us since the dawn of time. It is even more important to prevent mankind from freeloading off of God as it is to stop freeloading of what belongs to us.
God created assets. Man creates equity which is the value we add to assets. The value belongs to us but the assets never do. We are permitted to own personal possessions as this is an acknowledgement of our humanity. But we ought never to own commercial assets or things we do not need for personal use.
To end freeloading all ownership that is not personal, will be eliminated. A Meritocrat Government will prevent freeloading by:
• Removing all commercial and unused assets from private, semi-private and public individuals and agencies.
• All assets to be held in trust by the community for future generations.
• We pay for all work done and all donations given with an issue of equity deposited into the appropriate account.
Homelessness is a symptom not a disease. It cannot be solved by spreading the disease to more and more people, but that is what the world seems to do to address homelessness and the other social problems, this world creates. It creates them then does what it did to create them as a way to solve the problem.
What we mean by this is that the lack of homes is simply the result of too few people building homes. The problem cannot be fixed by parties that do not address this problem head on. The problem of homelessness cannot be fixed indirectly. Only by transferring people away from parasitic activities such as politics to building homes, can we fix the problem.
The Meritocratic Program:
• Removes people from non-accountable positions.
• People doing jobs that do not produce real measurable value are transferred to trades.
• Everyone is made accountable for what they do or do not do.
• We systematically weed out freeloaders’ and free riders.
• Our policy is, zero parasitism, this will build more homes.
Inflation is a consequence of free riding. It has to do with money only in the sense that asset-based currency permit free riding. All free riding is a form of living without producing value sufficient to liquidate your costs.
There is a concept referred to as having money work for us, or unearned income. It is considered investing, where a rich person will use his surplus funds to invest in a money-making enterprise and then live off the avails.
He is often not the person doing the work or running the company. He invests and as a condition of his investment, he becomes entitled to a percentage of the company’s income for the duration of that company’s operational existence.
Inflation can be eliminated by eliminating free riding. Money declines in value because more of it is chasing a pool of goods than ought to be. Though this is largely a symptom of people getting paid who have produced nothing of value, equal to their pay. Otherwise, there would be no inflation. Money only loses value when given to free riders and freeloaders.
The Apriorian Meritocrat Party pledges to provide a currency that cannot be hijacked by fraudsters and scammers posing as investors. We consider investors to be those who advance sweat equity not those who leverage wealth from the productive sector through fictitious forms of money.
An Apriorian Meritocrat promise to provide:
• An inflation-proof currency backed by equity, not created from assets.
• An equity account to all members and participants.
• Accurate accounting that properly assigns to the productive sector the full value of what they produce.
• The abolition of all asset-based currencies. whether gold bullion, fiat notes or bank credit accounts.
• The legalization of prefers accounting to ensure cash-based accounting becomes the standard.
Injustice is an unreconciled account. Every injustice creates a liability. Every liability is an asset under dual claims. The Dual Doctrine of Power, known as might makes right and the end justifies the means, is an example of a system that does not understand or respect ownership.
We own only what we create. We have no claim on anything created by someone else, this includes the natural world, which was created by God and which no one claim was created by them.
Either we own only what we create or we live by the Dual Doctrine of Power in which if you have the means to do it, you are justified.
Might makes right is what justifies the law. The lawmaker has the means and power to make and enforce the law and so claims the right.
Meritocrats abjure the use of law and power. We govern by faith.
We cannot have faith in God if we lack faith in each other. The only path to this kind of faith is to know accounts will be reconciled.
Apriorian Meritocrat Party utilizes the jurisprudence of reconciliation.
• The harmed initiates reconciliation by approaching the accused with his or her concerns and means to reconciliation.
• If this is insufficient, the plaintiff returns with one or two friends to restate his case and hear the defence in front of witnesses.
• If reconciliation is not achieved a Council of Justice is convened to hear the case in front of all interested parties, including all witnesses.
• The count hands down its steps to reconciliation.
• If these steps are not taken within the specified time the accused is ostracized and ultimately expelled from the community.
Regardless of whether you are a secularist or Christian, we are compelled to acknowledge mankind had to have originated in a small part of the globe. Therefore, regardless of where you live you and your ancestors migrated. Migrants have become not just a problem but a divisive one.
However, the basis of the pro-migrant argument is self-defeating and oxymoronic. It is argued that because we all were from somewhere else no one has a right to restrict the movement of people. But the fact that restriction did not previously exist or not implemented, this sets the precedent for migrant policy.
This reference to the common law is a British Tradition and since British Tradition stresses the sanctity of one’s home and homeland, arguments based on migration patterns prior to widespread settlements is inappropriate.
The right to enter a house for sale does not remove the right of the new owner to lock his doors against all those who he does not wish to have access to his home.
There are several arguments made to justify migrants. These can be broken down to three defences. the at-risk justifier, the argument that all persons are migrants, and the need for more bodies because of an aging population and declining work force.
All of these excuses are coincidentally at odds with environmentalism and our efforts are reducing our carbon footprint. In fact, were we not taking in migrants our carbon footprint would be declining naturally.
You may feel sorry for people who have destroyed their homeland, but it is risky moving them to ours. The fact is we do not owe them a replacement property for the one destroyed. They took out no insurance policy with us.
Even were we to offer help, better to help them where they are at, than move them and start from scratch.
Even were we all migrants or our ancestors were, we did not migrate with any promise waiting for us. Even were we migrants it would still not give others the right to also migrate. We are permitted to shut the door once we have entered our home.
If adding migrants is a solution to our aging population, what is the solution to their aging population? Even if it is a solution for us, what of the places where we take their young men? Who is looking after their aged parents?
The Apriorian Meritocrat Party promises to:
• Stop all migrations other than highly technical, skilled help.
• No purchases of Canadian citizenship.
• Add a cultural conformity requirement to the conditions for citizenship.
Property crime covers a large swath from graffiti to the willful destruction of what belongs to others. Of course, other parties and politicians think property is physical and property crimes are acts that damage physical property. But this is a sloppy definition, because blowing up a rockface with explosives, could be considered a serious property crime or the activity of a construction company, depending on who owns the property and who is using the explosives.
Property crime is an act that reduces the value of the asset. Crime causes a loss of value. The penalty restores the value.
The Meritocrat Party will guarantee:
• All costs are paid for at their source by the one who originated the expense.
• No one is permitted to use what is a personal possession without the permission of the owner.
• Use of commercial assets is permitted only if it produces equity.
• Damage is considered the causing of negative equity.
• If a tree could produce 300 board feet of lumber, its destruction is the destruction of 300 board feet of lumber.
• If stealing results in a loss of value, the penalty restores market value.
• If damage produces an expense, the penalty pays the expense.
• All citizens are accountable for the equity of their community.
• The loss of value not assigned to a malefactor is a loss borne by the community.
• Every Citizen has a vested interest in the welfare and care of the community and may serve as a plaintiff in all cases involving property crimes. He or she has the right and duty to bring an action against anyone damaging, defacing or degrading community property.
• All citizens have the right and legal obligation to begin judicial proceedings against someone they accuse of a property crime. (See the information regarding this aspect of the justice system).
• Justice consists in the reconciliation of accounts. The person who causes damage is a person whose account is in arrears; justice consists in ensuring the loss is made good by the reconciliation of accounts.
Pollution ought to be considered a property crime though perhaps a passive one. Burning trash that produces noxious fumes has an economic impact on the community. Dumping trash into rivers that flow into the ocean has a global impact. But the solution to pollution is not to externalize it. Not permitting oil wells where you live while buying oil exacerbates the problem by globalizing it. Problems ought always be kept as local as possible.
Pollution is just another social cost created by externalizing costs onto society and future generations.
If the output is harmful, it has not been neutralized by the producer. This can be as simple as throwing one’s cigarette butts on the street to be cleaned up be someone else or left to contribute to pollution and urban blight, or as serious as throwing municipal trash into a river where it eventually finds it way into the ocean.
The Apriorian Meritocrat Party:
• Requires the producer pay the cost of neutralizing negative features.
• The producer of packaging has to make allowances for its elimination without impacting society and future generations.
• Packaging is either an integral part of the product and must be accounted for when pricing a product or unnecessary and needs to be discontinued.
• The goal is always to increase the percentage of our income that goes to investment while reducing the percentage going to consumption.
• Consumption is maintained at a level that maximizes investments.
Poverty always suggests injustice because people are not poor unless someone is rich. The desire for equality is not a denial that different people have different abilities and challenges, it is the recognition we are not so different that natural ability would explain the large differences in outcomes, common in the civilized world.
Indeed, that is the anomaly of poverty. It is largely a problem of civilized society. Civilized persons learned how to gain an advantage over their fellows.
An Apriorian Meritocrat government pledges to end unemployment, inequality, and poverty through the removal of taxation and other regulatory programs that preferences freeloaders over workers. Unemployment is the result of government interference. Governments create and exacerbate power disparities. Power disparities exacerbate whatever natural inequality there is, making it worse.
The Meritocratic program to end poverty consists of:
• Reducing and finally eliminating taxation, so that people who create wealth can use it to purchase goods and services.
• The economy is an exchange. The Apriorian Meritocratic Party focuses on permitting these exchanges to happen by removing regulatory interference.
• A living wage is made the standard in all sectors of the economy.
• Higher wage demands reflect barriers to entry. A meritocratic government removes barriers to entry to employment other than those which are natural and genetic.
• The establishment of a unit of exchange called a prefer which enables the market to operate free of regulatory interference or the need of it due to power disparities.
Passive Income is a term that refers to income acquired without adding value to assets. It covers a wide range of liability positions. These liability positions vary from political office to the ownership of shares. It also applies to business ownership and public office. Being a landlord, money lender or welfare recipient would make you a recipient of passive income.
Merit based systems have no passive income. There are no liability positions. Our economies work solely by means of cash accounting.
When one assumes government office or becomes a client of government services, one has assumed a liability position. Adopting a position that entitles you to income regardless of how much or little value you add to the community, makes you a liability.
A merit-based government will
• Systematically remove liability positions starting with welfare recipients, then those who live off of the tax system, and lastly corporate landowners.
• Deny the right for anyone to own what they did not create or to profit from what they did not produce.
• Eliminate the legal obligation to subsidize a liability.
• Charity is the sole responsibility of private individuals. All public funding of charities will be discontinued.
Public Service refers to people who occupy the bureaucracy and others who receive compensation from the general revenues.
It does not include seniors and others who paid into a fund operated by the government, especially when participation was not voluntary.
That which requires the collection of taxes to exist is considered something targeted for elimination.
Revenue Canada, for example, collects taxes. If we eliminate the need for taxes, those who collect taxes are released for productive labor.
A large group of public servants work at giving away cash to those with inadequate incomes. If all this money and all of this labor is transferred to making real goods and services, costs will go down and more money will be circulating, which will make it possible to create even more jobs.
If a pastime or person is not economically viable it has to be transformed in a way that will create greater demand.
The bottom line is that if everyone is eating but not everyone is making things that benefit all of us directly or indirectly, economic activity and prosperity is being depressed.
The first priority of an Apriorian Meritocratic government will be to ensure unemployment is zero, that everyone has a good paying job doing something that has sufficient demand to cover the costs of the enterprise.
Over time Meritocratic government will make public service redundant. The objective is to have everyone working at jobs that cover their needs and the needs of the community.

It is scientifically provable that the institutions of the right have been hijacked and rendered incoherent, because of the infiltration of liberal elements. Liberalism itself has been hijacked by the religious practices of the East. Liberalism no longer means what it used to mean. With the corruption of liberalism came the corruption of conservatism. The ideological Right is a remnant. What remains of the right is largely liberal.
Conservatism, Christianity, and the West do not mean what they used to mean. The right is hit with accusations of racism, xenophobia, hate, Islamophobia, homophobia, misogyny, white supremacy, white privilege, white fragility and probably some similarly nasty things. The right has been taught to be ashamed of deviating from the Eastern way of seeing things. As if the East had devised the proper way to think. The point is the liberal system is aligned with the East to destroy the West. Its institutions and philosophies are source from Eastern influences yet, the West has largely adopted the basic premises of Eastern mysticism.
But the institutions of this world are not legitimate, nor can they be made legitimate by any facet of Eastern mysticism, or anything derived from these beliefs. Liberalism is not a justified and cannot be proven to have scientific merit.
We need to take liberals at their word when they say they love freedom. Not for them a currency that is stable or streets that one can walk around on. Scientific predictability is too boring and too constraining, for them. Legitimacy for liberals is just another word for bigotry.
With liberalism everything is permitted. Legitimacy is not an issue in that everything is tolerated if not embraced. There is no room for discrimination. But everything is not permitted in nature, and everything is not legitimate in reality. To eliminate liberalism to eliminate what has no natural right to exist. The Apriorian Suite is a set of five programs for creating a justified society; a society with a set of programs that can be validated and verified as legitimate.
Making War Redundant
The expression is used for a reason. War is the ultimate expression of liberalism. It is ostensibly about gaining wealth and territory and overcoming enemies, but the central feature of war is destruction. The army that can destroy more of that the enemy has at a faster rate than it can be replaced, wins the war. War is all about relative rates of attrition.
But war is as much about destroying the other nations sense of legitimacy as about destroying its property.
Apriorian destroys the legitimacy of an aggressor without going to war. The central feature is inbuilt redundancy. A list of essential goods is created. The nations of the Apriorian League ensure there is more than one national source for each of the essential items. If a country declares war, it is ostracized by the League. All trade with the aggressor ceases and all goods previously imported from that nation is substituted for, by goods imported from the secondary sources. Trade is not resumed until the damage wrought by war is made good or a schedule of restoration agreed to.
The Elimination Of Petty Crime
Major crime is a field better left to the established system for the present. However, the conventional system is ill-suited for preventing property and nuisance crimes. Imagine the judiciary system attempting to handle an unruly youth. Schools are put on alert, teachers and principles are summoned to meet with parents and police. The police investigate and write lengthy reports which are then forwarded to the justice system. Then lawyers, judges and Assistant Attorney Generals become involved. After that comes Children’s Services, parole officers, the prison system and all of its guards and administrators. There may be various other professionals called such as those in the mental health field. How many people does it take to deal with a punk disrupting class or caught shoplifting?
The responsibility for dealing with a crime belongs to the victim for only he or she can determine recompense.
A crime is a market anomaly. But to have an anomaly there must be a market standard. A criminal is not a citizen. Just requires moving through the steps needed to restore criminals to citizenship status.
The citizen has an account in good standing. A citizen holds an account in a market. A citizen is a person with an account in good standing issued by a local market. The desire of justice is to restore the account of an alien to that of a citizen in good standing.
The aggrieved goes to the accused with the details of the issue to seek a resolution. If the resolution is rejected the plaintiff explains the problem to a citizen. If the citizen accepts the righteousness of the plaintiff’s position, both bring the matter to the accused. If there is no resolution, then the matter is taken up in a court of citizens who adjudicate the matter and render a verdict.
The accounts of the litigants are reconciled and if unable to be reconciled the court issues the conditions by which reconciliation can be achieved and citizenship re-instated. If there is no resolution the accused is ostracized and ultimately banished.
To illustrate the process. A property is vandalized. The suspect is approached and asked to restore the condition of the property to its original state. If this does not satisfy the plaintiff an adjudicator is notified, and the plaintiff approached with the adjudicator as witness. If the accounts of the litigants are not reconciled by this means the court is convened at the case heard. The accused if found guilty is levied a fine to his account equal to the damages awarded the plaintiff.
The account of the plaintiff is credited the damages by the court. The guilty person is given a schedule according to which his debits can be liquidated. If the guilty abides by the schedule, he or she regains full citizenship. If the schedule is avoided further penalties are added and at a prescribed point the guilty is ostracized by the community and ultimately banned on threat of imprisonment from the jurisdiction covered by the market.
Ending Unemployment Forever For Everyone
Unemployment is perhaps the most irrational element of modern human society. If we were to imagine the most illogical situation possible it would probably be people being unemployed. In fact we only have to add to the unemployed for the situation to become progressively more absurd. In a world where everyone eats what is more unjust than those who have to arms not using them to ensure mouths get fed? The bible even says those who will not work neither shall they eat. Though it was talking about the worthless person not those whom society has deemed a sacrificial lamb, put on the garbage heap to ensure the rich are not disturbed by excessive wage claims.
What is employment but John helping Sue. The implication is that John has a specialized skill that Sue is better off using than her own labor. All the market needs is a way to track the value of Johns labor so that he can recoup the equity he provided the market with his labor.
By dividing the market into twelve sectors and seeing each sector as a fundamental speciality, all persons are employed by one of the sectors depending on the persons special skills, relative to the needs to the market.
One sector always has need for the labor of all employees and the work of all persons always create value. Because the market always accounts for all value created the market credits the work done. As the owner of an account with a credit balance the worker can always use these credits to barter for other goods and services created by the market. In this way full employment is always achieved without inflation or the problem of job creation. The person always can find something to do and his or her work is always credited by the market by the addition of credits to his or her account.
A New Monetary Model
Money is not a thing. The idea that one can see or feel money is the silliest notion this world has entertained. A gold coin is not money. It may be used in lieu of money as a standardized trade item to make trade more flexible, but it is not money. Money is a unit of account. Unit of accounts are not visible except as numbers in an account book.
A medium of exchange is a physical unit that facilitates trade. That is an asset owned by private enterprise or the state. It is lent out at a price. Sometimes the price is value added as with interest payments or by seigniorage. Either way the value of the currency inflates.
To create money is to create an accounting system composed of a system of accounts that records debits and credits using a unit of account. In Apriorian economics the unit of account is called a prefer which is a contraction of preferred shares. When the market produces equity, which is value added to an asset, the equity is recorded as a credit to the account of the worker who produced it. This balance is then available for purchases.
Equity is produced by work. When workers produce goods and services, they are paid a living wage. This is paid as a credit to their preferred account.
Thus, there is no inflation, and the economy is stable without inflationary cycles.
Eliminating Taxation, Inflation And The State
Only Barter has no inflation. Every dollar of taxation and every dollar printed, and every dollar of debt, produces inflation. That is an absolute and invariable fact. To eliminate inflation requires eliminating the state. No state can exist without inflating the currency because every state requires tax revenues to operate. No agency that produces inflation or path to inflation can exist, without the direct involvement and participation of the state. The Apriorian Program for the elimination of taxation requires the private sector produce, directly, all social goods. Barter can exist in a sophisticated economy if provided with a mechanism called a unit of account, that digitalizes the value of the goods and services bartered.
This digitalizing of bartered goods might seem awkward or even impossible, but remember all taxation is inflation and the only exchange that is not inflationary is barter. Social goods are created by one economic sector building something for another. So, in fact creating social goods is just a kind of barter. Every item bartered has a value and values can be recorded us units of account and tracked.
To make the barter of social goods possible the economy is divided into twelve different sectors. Each sector barters with the other. The values are digitalized by a system of accounts. The transportation sector transports goods, and the construction sector builds roads. Roads built by the Construction sector at the behest of the transportation sector requires the market debit the buyers account and credit the seller’s account. This is true whether the buyer is an individual or an economic sector.
The seller’s account is credited the price of the goods or services sold whether the seller is an individual or a sector.
This program eliminates the need for the state and inflation.
Every social problem known to mankind has been created by mankind and exists only because humans insist on doing the same things over and over again. Not all persons think they will get a different result. Some may think this, but a lot of persons benefit from the flaws in this system. If your land was watered by irrigation and the pipes leaked where they crossed your land, the community might complain about the cost of water, but you would be less inclined to fix the problem than they would. So it is with unemployment, crime, taxation, inflation, and even war. As problematical as these systems are there are people who profit from them. Perhaps this is not you.
